Lotus Emeya Grand Tour
Luxury car manufacturer Lotus needed to deliver a press drive event
as part of a wider launch programme for its Emeya, an electric hyperGT (grand tourer). The goal was to drive global PR coverage across
print, digital and social, and across the automotive, technology and
lifestyle verticals.
Blueprint Partners delivered a three-week press drive across Southern
Europe and invited high-pro昀椀le journalists, content creators and
social media in昀氀uencers. The event needed to convey how Emeya
pushes the boundaries for how an EV should look and handle, while
exuding luxury at every single touchpoint of the event.
The programme featured a ‘Grand Tour’ through Germany and
Austria, showcasing the Emeya amid breathtaking landscapes, with
luxury at every touchpoint.
Everything about the event had to live and breathe the Lotus brand.
Attendees experienced an immersive brand hub, showcasing for
the very 昀椀rst time, the full Lotus line-up, never-before-seen Lotus
footage, bespoke podcasts and a content creation team for each
guest in attendance.
The launch resulted in extensive global coverage, including 150
articles and, crucially, the expansion of Emeya sales into new
markets after the event.
