Dinner
Premium kitchen appliance brand NEFF challenged Emota to deliver
an evening event to celebrate their high-performing partners in a
way that left them feeling seen, valued and reconnected to NEFF on
an emotional level.
NEFF MasterPartners represent the elite tier of the brand’s retail
network across the UK – specialist kitchen retailers with exceptional
product knowledge who provide personalised customer experiences.
After a challenging 18–24 months, the brand recognised that
something meaningful was needed — an event that would celebrate
their commitment and creativity and reinforce these vital business
relationships.
The NEFF MasterPartners Gala Dinner at London’s Underglobe
delivered an immersive theatrical experience, blending storytelling,
dance, live music, and aerial performances.
A bespoke four-act script wove NEFF’s innovation into a
Shakespearean-inspired narrative, creating an emotional,
memorable connection with guests. Projection mapping
transformed the space sustainably, eliminating the need for heavy
sets and reducing environmental impact. Constant entertainment,
roaming caricaturists, a branded photo booth, and carefully curated
dining experiences kept guests engaged throughout. Attendance
exceeded expectations with 306 guests, and overwhelmingly
positive feedback re昀氀ected renewed enthusiasm and strengthened
partnerships.
Every element — from inclusivity to technological ingenuity —
delivered against NEFF’s premium brand positioning, ensuring guests
felt celebrated, valued, and reconnected to the NEFF community.
Judges described it as a beautifully executed event that engaged all
the senses and delivered a compelling, impactful, and memorable
experience that delighted and engaged its audience.
