At the micebook Awards 2025, Meeting Needs shone the spotlight on
Electric Umbrella – a showstopping charity that recently wowed the judges
on Britain’s Got Talent. Electric Umbrella empowers learning disabled
people through music, giving them the tools to build con昀椀dence, develop
independence, and feel truly valued, all while challenging public perceptions.
Led by learning disabled performers and professional musicians working side
by side, their work is bold, bright, and impossible to ignore.
