Travel has organised and executed more than 100 successful events
in the UK and almost 30 destinations abroad. That equates to more
than 100,000 delegates at its events, whether they’ve been inperson, hybrid or remote.
These range from hosting 15,000 people over a fortnight at
Southampton University for 18 summer graduations to delivering an
award-winning conference for 60 delegates for One Global Travel in
South Africa.
Brighter invests in its people which ultimately ensures clients get
the best customer service, evidenced with an exceptional employee
satisfaction rating (+93) – the highest within Clarity, and a client
retention rate of 98%.
The company encourages employees to take a day o昀昀 every year
to volunteer at a local good cause and (across the wider business)
has raised nearly £90,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support, with
sta昀昀 taking part in sponsored hikes and skydives, as well as other
fundraising events
The agency’s meetings management software Meetingspro has
been developed in-house and enhanced to display the team’s
venue accreditations, drive better booking behaviours and support
customers’ objectives.
All members of the team underwent sustainability training
which helped Brighter achieve the ISO 20121 in sustainable
event management, and achieve recognition in micebook and
event:decision’s inaugural Power30 Most Sustainable Agencies UK
list.
