Deloitte LLP is the largest, leading professional services firm in the UK. The
firm sits within Deloitte North and South Europe (NSE), a collective of 28
Deloitte firms, who share best practice and solutions as part of an international
community.
The in-house Experiential team is part of 368 - the in-house creative agency.
The team of six deliver 60-80 in-house and client events a year across all
28 geographies in NSE, creating experiences that elevate Deloitte’s brand
positioning and purpose, while boosting engagement with clients and
colleagues. Events are hybrid, in-person, and virtual.
The team has vast experience delivering an omnichannel of events, working
with third-party suppliers to deliver the right solution based on stakeholder
objectives. The programme of events is varied, from a partnership with
The Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) to amplify tennis and bring it to a wider
audience through a virtual experience using AR, to the annual Deloitte Shared
Services Conference in Lisbon.
The Experiential team is fully aligned to the Deloitte’s WorldClimate
sustainability commitments on all events. This can be seen in the NSE
Sustainable events guide, which is designed to support event managers to
place sustainability at the very heart of event design. It contains considerations,
a checklist and case studies.

Building on their success in 2023 and beyond, the Experiential team
plan to enhance their skillset especially in event tech, digital spheres,
and sustainability, expand their preferred supplier list measuring against
sustainability commitments, and continue to look for new ways to engage
audiences; virtually and in-person.
