Launched in 2013 as part of the Principal Group, including events agency
Principal Global Events, Principal London DMC offers DMC services in its
home city of London and across the UK. An impressive client portfolio from
Europe, the USA and Asia includes big brands such as McKinsey & Co, HP,
Capgemini, Wella, Amazon, Swiss Life and Hilton.
The Principal London DMC team of 24 provide a wide range of services
covering everything from venue-finding, transportation, gala dinners and
activities to event and delegate management, video and content creation,
production, AV and event design.
Brands are brought to life with high impact, immersive event and activation
experiences, complex logistics, and incentives, for 20 to 7,000. In 2022, the
team delivered 30+ conferences, incentives and activations, contributing to
over 35% of Principal Group’s revenue. Highlights included a magical four-day
launch for Amazon Prime’s Rings of Power series, incorporating attendance
at the biggest premier of Amazon in London in its 15-year history.
Both client and staff retention are impressive. Principal London DMC has
been working with many clients for 10 years, retaining all its top ten clients
in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, with all having confirmed events in 2023. On the
team side, 10 employees have completed more than 6 years, with the longest
serving members working for the DMC for 10 years.

innovative and customer orientated mindsets of the people in this business,”
said one.
