Part of Clarity Business Travel, Brighter delivers a range of events from
global conferences to incentive trips and graduation ceremonies, while
aiming to make them as sustainable as possible.

Clients are wide-ranging and include governmental departments, law
enforcement, universities, prestige car manufacturers and national
supermarket chains. In addition to ISO and EcoVadis accreditations,
Brighter, and Clarity, are disability confident committed, with the
accreditation running until February 2027.

Brighter’s sales and account management teams have all recently
completed their in-house sustainability training with experts from
Greengage and plans are in place for the rest of the team to
undertake the same training in 2025.

The agency is also integrating Greengage’s ECOsmart certification into
its booking technology. This partnership ensures customers can easily
identify and book ECOsmart certified meetings venues and hotels.
Brighter, and Clarity, have an ongoing partnership with Macmillan
Cancer Support. This relationship has been in place since 2017 and to
date has raised more than £80,000 with a target of reaching £100,000
by June 2026. In 2024 alone, 346 hours were volunteered, supporting 17
different charities.
Next year, there are plans in place to have one big charity day too
where all the team will pitch in.
