Powwow Events is a full-service events agency with roots in London
and a global reach, specialising in creating live and virtual experiences
for corporates, charities, and private clients.
As a certified B Corp, the agency believes in business as a force for
good, and is committed to balancing purpose with profit, achieving its
highest score in the ‘People’ category.
Recognising the traditionally high-stress nature of event planning,
Powwow is actively working to create a more sustainable work
environment for the team and the wider industry. The team attends
industry events relating to sustainability and one member of the team
has completed the Complete Sustainable Events Course, with the
information being cascaded.

Powwow is consistently trying to reduce business operations emissions
and currently have a target of holding at the same level as 2022
despite significant growth in the business.
It also supports several initiatives including Network of Women in Events
and industry mentoring scheme Elevate (MD Katie Curzon currently sits
on the board of both) and in 2024 onboarded Future First as a charity
partner. For Future First, Powwow contributes both time and financial
support.
Since the agency started in 1998, it has been supporting several
charities with pro bono / reduced fees and worked to support
Founders4Schools, Bottletop and many others.
Presentation Service Providers (PSP) Ltd
PSP is a leading AV rental and technical production agency based in
Birmingham, delivering event solutions across the UK and beyond, from
corporate meetings and conferences to large-scale exhibitions and
hybrid productions.
The company collaborates with clients to support their sustainable
event objectives, offering energy-efficient equipment, promoting the
use of digital solutions to reduce waste, sourcing materials with strong
environmental credentials, and prioritising local suppliers and reusable
resources.
PSP has developed a detailed ESG Action Plan, which outlines
key objectives, assigns responsibilities to team members, and
sets timeframes for achieving sustainability goals. Although not
yet accredited, PSP is actively working towards achieving ESSA
Sustainability Accreditation. The agency joined isla in 2022, has
invested in sustainability training for its team, and in 2024 further
advanced its sustainability agenda by partnering with event:decision.
