Sledge
Sledge is an independent live experience and film agency producing
a range of experiences and content on a global scale, ranging
from large-scale conferences and multi-day meetings to intimate
experiences for VIP audiences, for clients in sectors such as technology,
finance, government and non-profit.
An employee-owned business, sustainability is part of every person’s
role, thanks to the agency’s own Sustainability Management System
(SMS), which ensures sustainability best practice is integrated into the
entire business.
It has been created in line with ISO 20121, ISO 14001, and B Corp, and
incorporates the UN Sustainable Development Goals and Global
Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards. In 2025, Sledge plans to continue
to embed and deliver on the SMS, with the aim of gaining ISO 20121, ISO
14001 and B Corp accreditation.

The agency also engages in regular sustainability training with external
experts, partners with Syntiro Associates to conduct a carbon footprint
analysis on an annual basis, and has developed its own IMPACT Tool,
enabling it to measure and analyse the potential impact of each
project from the beginning.
Sledge works with non-profits from a social and environmental
perspective on an ongoing basis, from both a volunteering and
monetary perspective and supports many charities including Happy
Days Children’s Charity, Age UK Hammersmith & Fulham and Medical
Detection Dogs.
Sleek
Sleek is an experience marketing agency which delivers events for
brands across a vast array of sectors including banking, food &
beverage, tech and automotive. These include global names such as
AWS, PayPal, Notion, and Pernod Ricard with experiences ranging from
intimate private dinners and exclusive incentive programs to multi-day
conferences, and large-scale summits.
In 2024, the agency launched a comprehensive sustainability strategy,
setting ambitious goals to achieve net zero by 2040 and is working on
actively integrating sustainability into the event delivery process.
By the end of January of 2025, Sleek expects to achieve certification
within ISO 20121 Event Sustainability Management Systems and ISO
14001 Environmental Management Systems through auditors the BSI
(British Standards Institution).

The agency has completed its application for the UK Breakthrough
Culture Awards 2025: Growth Edition, the leading certification for
workplace culture research and has registered to take part in
Campaign’s Best Places to Work Awards 2025.
Sleek uses isla’s Trace tool to measure a selection of its events, which
is set to increase year on year in keeping with the targets and goals
outlined in its sustainability strategy. The agency also supports Dons
Local Action Group, a local charity to Wimbledon where it is based,
regularly donating food and making a companywide Christmas
donation.
